Approximately 41,000 LED Flashlight and Battery sets are being recalled because they may overheat, thus resulting in a fire hazard for customers. As a germantown personal injury lawyer, I hope that nobody is adversely affected by this product. There have been two reports that include a flashlight overheating and another one burning. The burning resulted in an injury for the customers. The flashlights are 9.5 inches with batteries that come in red or black. The words “SAFETO GO” are printed on their packaging along with a specific product number. The recalled flashlights were recalled between July 2011 and December 2011 for approximately $15 each. They were manufactured in China. Customers are urged to return them immediately for a full refund.
